CHRISTMAS: SEASON OF LOVE AND LIFE

          Watched a movie which depicted a perfect perspective of Christmas. It depicted the fact that Christmas was all about the celebration of love and not about a selfish interest. Every great historical event has a link to a particular date and a significant happening. Christmas has come to stay as the most important event of a lifetime. A time when the course of mankind began it's transformation. A time when LIFE was imputed into flesh for the liberation of mankind.
          Secondly, an historical event is tied to something, someone or a group of persons. Christmas is tied to the birth of Jesus, the Son of God, whose nature is LOVE. This brings us to a perfect definition of Christmas. Since God is LOVE therefore his son is LOVE. So if we say we are celebrating Jesus[whose description is LOVE], it means we are celebrating LOVE.

          I have come with a message of LOVE and LIFE to you. The truth of this fact is in John 3:16," For God so LOVED the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believeth in him shall not perish but have EVERLASTING LIFE. This is the message. This is LOVE, this is what we celebrate, this love that could liberate a sinner and make him a saint, this love that does not condemn, this love that is not selfish but gives, this love that is not passive but active.
          What a celebration of Love, what a demonstration of Love. In the Name of Jesus, as many as read this article, I pray that they experience Your love like never before in this season. All the benefits of this season shall be imparted to you in Jesus Name..

          Whosoever said unto you that by your works you are justified has put you in bondage. The bible specifically points us to the fact that we are JUSTIFIED BY FAITH(Romans 5:1);
          Look at this scenario, God looked upon us and found out that our desire right from time was to please him, but we kept failing. He wanted an eternal solution to this, and this solution led to the emergence of Jesus(son of God). The lamb that was to be slain to cleanse us all totally from our works and put us righteous and blameless in the sight of God. 2 Cor 2:15 captures us as sweet fragnance of Christ.

         
          We have tried enough(don't you think so?). We've tried making our works put us in right standing before God and it has failed. Is it not better we look for what works? I believe that was why Jesus made that call," COME UNTO ME ALL THOSE WHO ARE WEARY AND HEAVY LADEN......AND I SHALL GIVE THEE REST. Quit striving.
          Isaiah 53:5 says," He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was placed upon him, AND BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED.
          Quit struggling, Jesus is calling you to a life of Peace. lay it all down at his feet.

LIFE AS I SEE IT

          Life from different views does not have a definite definition. The reason is life appears to us the way we view it. Looking at this beautiful story, you would see a perfect illustration of my point. This is a conversation between two men on an hospital bed, one was blind and the other could see. The blind man was placed close to the window, while the other man was placed far away from it.
          I would use Man_See for the man who could see and Blind for the blind man.
     Man_See: How is the weather outside today?
     Blind: Very great, nice trees, swingling and looking so beautiful with flowers.
          The blind man enjoyed his remaining days on earth seeing beautiful things around him. When the other man was placed closed to the wall, he found out that it was actually a building that was placed there and not trees. He then asked the nurse why the blind man saw all those lovely things. The nurse replied,"The man was blind". Touchy right? Life appears to be to you the way you see it.
          Another observation is that life gives back to you only what you give it. This is a vital principle of life, that if well understood would be a powerful tool for you. I tried downloading something recently but didn't know how to go about it. I ended up spending twice the amount i spent when i knew how to go about it perfectly. One life principle i have learnt is that, YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU ARE IGNORANT OF AND OTHERS WOULD PAY YOU FOR WHAT YOU KNOW.
          The bible says," Then Jesus said," God's Kingdom is like SEED thrown on a field by a man who then goes to bed and forgets about it. The seed sprouts and grows - he has no idea how it happens. THE EARTH DOES IT ALL WITHOUT HIS HELP". This is the LAW OF SOWING.
          The earth reproduces/produces from what you give to it. Sow Perfectly. Hope you are getting ready for 2013.We would live it.

MY VIEW ON FRIENDSHIP

          Before i commence, i'd like to pass on this critical message. On the outside, the only thing that separates a black from a white is color but on the inside there is actually no difference. For example, the kidney is made up of the same structure, the brain also and other internal parts of an individual. Friendship is not about color, neither is it about background but it is of DUALITY. Friendship is about duality, what do i mean? When two people call themselves friends, there is a sense of bond that keeps them together. in my view duality is defined as a bond with dual [two] components.
          Lets take a cue from the word. In 1 Samuel 18:1, it is written," Now when he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David[a bond], and Jonathan loved him as his soul[two individuals].''
          I was privileged to watch a movie where friendship was defined by two persons. just follow this conversation between Jayne and John[revised names]
          Jayne: Woaw! nice work with your hands, you paint well.
          John: You also write well. That was a nice poem you delivered to us in school. I guess it's because your parents are good writers.
          Jayne: Your daddy is good at hardwares right?
          John: Yes
          Jayne: You see, you are good with your hands.It's not about who our parents are, it's about our individual drive.

          What a revelation. She drove home a point that everyone has his or her own uniqueness irrespective of background.
          Here are my views:
1. Friends have their individual characteristic uniqueness. David was anointed King. he was also chosen to defeat Goliath and Jonathan was not[purpose].
2. Friends help themselves towards achieving a specific goal and not being jealous of another success. 1     Samuel 20:4,'' So Jonathan said to David '' Whatever you yourself desire, i will do it for you''.
3. The word love is active and not passive[in words only]. 1 Samuel 20:7,'' Now Jonathan again caused David to vow, because he loved him, for he loved him as he loved his soul.
4. Friends watch each other's back. In 1 Samuel 20:35-42, we see how Jonathan consistently watched over David. he was concerned about David's welfare.
          We all are unique and have a great task to accomplish. never be put in illusion that you and your friend have the same purpose in life. It is this way, two friends,one bond,different purposes. The key is working together to achieve different individual purposes.

          Having been given a privilege to be existing in a time bound territory, i have deemed it necessary to analyze what is expected of each and everyone one of us. I discovered this revealing fact that there are times and seasons for specific things to happen or occur. At that time it is easy to key into certain things. For example, when it is the season for orange fruit to be harvested, do you need to do extra things for it to be ripe? No! why? because it is its season.
          So it is with life. There are seasons and times, only the wise take time to analyze the period and seasons they are in. There is a great mystery that is becoming open to this present time which is THE CREATIVE POWER OF THE MIND. Yes i know the mind is powerful, I've heard it several times you might say but have you taken out time to utilize it. A philosopher said," Everything we see as physical came out of the mind of someone". The chair we are sitting on is from someone's mind. What do you think of yourself? A nonentity!! A nonentity has no entity but the fact that you have a mind, you are not a nonentity but an entity and also an asset. Let's bring out things from our mind and rule this world together.

THE FORCE OF FREEDOM

          Watching a movie, i saw a perfect example of the force of wisdom. A lady took up about five fireflies and put them in a bottle for a while. First of all let me explain the nature of a firefly. A firefly is known to produce light from its body while it moves at night. A very beautiful scene right?

          Lets go back to the story; while the fireflies were lodged in the bottle, they never produced light but were moving. BONDAGE LIMITS YOUR POTENTIALS. Immediately the fireflies were released the force of freedom took effect. Their beautiful illumination began to take charge of their environment even in the dark.POWERFUL!
          FREEDOM EXPOSES YOUR POTENTIAL. There is an important lesson i want to share with you. When the fireflies were in the bottle they still had the nature of the firefly and the fact that they still had the potential to shine. You could be born to be a great man with potentials for it, but until you discover your freedom, you will be restricted. The moment the fireflies were released, their light began to glow. Woaw! such glorious liberty. I do not know which of you is being limited by fear, it should stop today because fear leads to bondage in the area where the fear got its root from. In Heb 2:15, "...and release those who through the fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage...". Refuse to Fear.

ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED

          Let me share with you a beautiful event that took place about 2000 years ago which still speaks till today. On one beautiful day, a man by name John the baptist was baptizing at a river called the River Jordan; then suddenly a man named Jesus appeared on scene.
          Something remarkable happened on that day. The bible records that Jesus was baptized by John the baptist; then as soon as Jesus lifted up his head out of the water, it was said that the heavens opened and the spirit of the lord came down upon him like a dove. Follow this closely, then a voice was heard which said," This is my BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED". This is a humbling statement.
          Think about this, you go out with your father to an occasion and he introduces you to his work associates saying," This is my beloved son in whom i am well pleased". My God! It means all your actions are accepted. God is so pleased with you. Just ask yourself this question, are you qualified? Okay you may say that was Jesus, let me take you over to Ephesians 1:6,

to the praise of  the glory of his grace, by which he made us 

ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED.

          You are not a nobody, you are accepted in the beloved. The only requirement needed is being IN CHRIST, being born again. Once you are there, you are accepted. Oh! How i pray you grasp this truth. God loves you more than you love yourself. Boldly declare this daily 

      I _______________________, by reason of Christ death on the cross for me and by reason of his resurrection power is accepted in the beloved.Glory!

LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT.

          Everything we are right now is as a result of what had happened in the past, the seeds that were sown either by your parents, by your grandparents, by you, by your environment or by circumstances. But I have got good news for you, you could change it. This law is very powerful, that if thought upon and put to practice could cause a drastic change in ones approach to life. Everything you do today has a consequence on tomorrow. As long as the earth remains, seedtime and harvest time shall not seize. It is very important that we know the seed time in our life and the harvest times of our lives.

          We all know about the law of gravitation which gives us a view that anything that is thrown up definitely comes down. The Law of inertia also states that an object keeps moving on a straight line until a force is applied to it. All this laws have principles that govern it and once these principles are applied, the same results are gotten. You want to be a musician? Check out how those there did it. You want to be a success? Check out how successful people operate. Want to be a leader with a difference? Check out how distinguished leaders did it.

          Here is a very important point, “YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE LIKE THEM, BUT YOU COULD APPLY THEIR PRINCIPLES AND GET THE RESULTS YOU REQUIRE”. Find your rhythm and flow with it. Man has been given one beautiful ability which is RESPONSE ABILITY. Use yours wisely. Choose your response and do not let circumstances choose for you. Look at life differently and choose your response wisely.

          Have a lovely month of September. The grace of God is with you. Keep your plans plain and choose your reactions wisely.

WHY WORRY?

     You know one lovely thing i found out? God is so interested in us that even when scriptures told us to work out our faith with fear and trembling, the bible also records that he still worketh in us to do of his will and of his good pleasure (Philippians 2:12-13). God is more concerned than we think we are concerned about ourselves.
     One of the things i know most people are entangled with is what does the future hold for me? Would i end up like my parents? What hope do i have for tomorrow? There is no sight of goodies tomorrow!!. The bible specifically says, " Be anxious for nothing, but IN EVERYTHING BY PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION WITH THANKSGIVING, LET YOUR REQUESTS be made known unto God; AND THE PEACE OF GOD which surpasses all understanding, will guide your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus". Beautiful principle! When you have a problem, don't worry just make your request known to God, How? Follow the Philippians 4:6-7 principle. Worrying does not solve any problem, but it keeps you weak and in the same state. Reign above it.
     What if i am scared of the future? God said in his word," I know the thought i have towards you, the thought of good and not of evil; to give you a hope and a future. That means God has it all planned out. He is the beginning and the end. Refuse to worry. God knew this was going to happen, that's why he kept reminding us of his love. God loves you so much. All he needs is just your attention. How would you feel trying to pass a message across to someone and he is paying no attention to you? Frustrated right? But God just needs your attention to pass across information about you. Don't wait until you need something. have a lovely Sunday. Love you all.

TALK THE TALK.

 Father i thank you for your wisdom at work in your children. Lord even as they connect with this words, there shall be a drastic change in their perception of things in Jesus name. Lovely people, we are here once again.
     Note: No one is born as a dull child, what distinguishes two people is the principles they apply. I can remember telling myself a long time ago that i couldn't be among the tops in a class and believe me it was a battle. I found myself never getting there, until I decided to CHANGE THE TALK. Your talking affects your manifestation. Guess what? after i changed the talk, i began looking for principles applied by tops in my class and applied them. That was how i understood the principle of TALKING THE TALK.
     Out of the abundance of the heart, the MOUTH SPEAKS. Joshua 1:8 says, " This book of the law should NOT DEPART OUT OF YOUR MOUTH.....". Another scripture says," By YOUR WORDS you are JUSTIFIED and also CONDEMNED", Which do you prefer?
     Be mindful of your words in the school of Success in your academics. I always write down confessions concerning myself in relation to my academics and i confess them. You know what? as you speak those words, your brain cells responds to it via nerve impulses. TALK THE TALK.
     You could say this,
I am an unconditional success
The wisdom of God is at work in me
I overcome all my subjects
I am super intelligent
An excellent spirit,knowledge,understanding,solving riddles and explaining difficult subjects is found in ______________(your name). Halleluyah! hmm someone is getting ready..
     Speak what you want to see while you apply principles. YOU ARE A SUCCESS. I love you all.

YOU'VE GOT JUST ONE LIFE TO LIVE..

In my room on the 21^st of August, 2012 at 7:54pm, while meditating I stumbled upon this thought which brought tears down my eyes and I decided to share it.

People come into our lives and go, but what remains with them is how well you impacted their lives either positively or negatively. I can remember meeting people while in my nursery school/ primary school, while I progressed I lost some contacts. Went over to secondary school, met new group of friends but still progressed to the university. A lot of people pass through our lives, how much of attention do we give them.

Parents how much do you know about your children? You think it’s all about just providing for them? Children have feelings which they want to express to someone. If you aren’t there for them, they feel abandoned. Leaders, how much do you know about your followers? Are you just concerned about results that you neglect how your followers feel. You call people your friends, how much do you know about them? Are you just thinking of gain?

Let’s all wake up from this attitude of focusing on us. So many people need someone in their lives who could just hear them out, someone who could just make them feel important. You just could be that person to save ones life today. You just have this one life to live, look out for those around you that are hurting and touch their lives. Let there be a shift from ourselves to others. Let it start from you.

THE MIND AND HOW IT IS AFFECTED BY PICTURES AND WORDS. PART 1

     Before I go ahead with this article, I will like to ask this question; Why do we read articles? I think I found out a very good answer to that. I found out early in life that just one discovery could be what could be keeping you from achieving great feats or could be what is giving you an edge over your peers.

     I know of a boy who went through his Junior Secondary education and the beginning of his Senior Secondary education being an average student. He was a copy cat who believed he needed to cheat before he could pass any test or examination. It even got to a point that he felt his brain was being controlled by evil forces; He even had to go to a pastor to pray for him. The boy never knew that he just needed to discover what he could do all by himself.
     It was until he took a decision to discover his abilities that he found out that it was just his mindset; immediately his journey to greater exploits began. Now, he writes exams without cheating and he comes out tops. Glory to God.
     How do you see yourself? What information are you listening to concerning yourself? What images are you feeding your mind with concerning your future? The answer to those questions forms your attitude to life, your perception of events and how you relate to others.
     Word creates pictures which the mind processes. Imagine this scenario; A man who drinks decides to stop drinking and stay away from whatever environment that triggers him to drink. One day he decides to just go there to see his friends. One thing is certain that some discussions there would lead him to drink again. Likewise one who decides to stop watching filthy movies, who then hears people around saying some words related to some of the filthy movies he had watched; there is a tendency that some pictures are being formed in his mind based on the words that he had heard.
     Be careful what you hear, they form your thinking. From God's word, we see this principle at work in Second Corinthians 3:18," And all of us as with unveiled face (because we) continued to behold (in the word of God) as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are CONSTANTLY BEING TRANSFIGURED into his (very own) image in ever increasing splendor (and) from one degree of glory to another; (for this comes) from the Lord (who is) the Spirit. Here the we see the principle of how pictures from words could radically change our perception in Life. Someone does not just wake up one day to become a thief, he went through a process. You don't go to steal without a picture of what your aim is. Your picture of the benefits moves you to do it.

FORGIVENESS

             Recently, I heard two beautiful quotes concerning relationships that I felt I should share with you guys.
           " I chose to stay with him for all the things he had done right and not to leave him for the one thing he had done wrong, I chose to forgive him". What a statement!! Looking out for the good in someone's actions.

           "You accepted me for who I am, not the way you wanted me to be"

            Relationship grows with time. Your attitude towards your relationship determines the outcome.

IT'S ALL ABOUT LOVE

            Whilst walking to the office today, i was engaged in a thought which i felt was worth sharing. The human being has been made to respond selfishly when there is danger. I watched a movie where a couple was drowning in the ocean and 2 rescue team divers came to save them. Whilst the rescue operation was going on, the husband was concerned about being saved first before his wife. He struggled for the rope and even pushed his wife off it just to get saved. What a selfish husband some might say!! But it was just a natural response, just that something was lacking; what was it? LOVE. Love is what makes one stay back to make sure his friend is okay even in danger. Love is what makes one risk his or her life for someone else. One of the attributes of love is that love is not selfish. Love is not natural, but it takes an active power of faith to love unconditionally. Jesus has set the pace, what are you waiting for?
             Love is what pushed Jesus over here for us. Let me just drop this, IN ORDER TO FULFILL DESTINY, YOU HAVE TO QUIT BEING SELFISH AND PUT OTHERS IN YOUR THINKING CAP. I believe i just spoke to those who have been made to be called "UNCONDITIONAL SUCCESS".

MIND FEEDS

Mind Feeds.

Your life is fully based on the kind of things it is fed with.. Feed it with failure, you act as a 

failure. Feed it with filth, you become filthy. Feed it with God's word, you become the Word. 

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT OUR LIVES TURN OUT TO BE.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Prosperity starts from the mind before it gets to the Pocket. Think it, Talk it and then Live it.

PREDESTINED LIFE

     Our lives were predetermined for success.. Ever wondered why god had to require the isrealites to go see canaan by themselves? He could have just told them that they were strong and that they will overcome the giants.. think deeply.. God has pre-prepared you for success but you need to see it the way he sees it... He knows everything about you even before you ever existed.. He is saying " Let me lead you to the glorious life i have prepared for you, but you need to see".. Quit struggling..Just relax and see what god has said..Halleluyah!!
     The word of God is alive... but it becomes activated by faith.. What is faith? Faith is seeing the unseen and making the seen tangible..

YOU ARE NOT YOUR HABIT

                                

                                While in church today, i got this and i felt i should share it. You are not your habit. Therefore the fact that you are not your habit means your habit is not you, that means you could change it or it could be dropped. But the real you is your nature. It cannot be changed. It can only be changed if you are an unbeliever. You have the grace to partake of God's grace, to have a nature that attracts a personal relationship with the creator of the universe. 
                                GOD RELATES WITH YOU BASED ON YOUR NATURE not your habit. He is ready to change it for you if you let him.. I love you all. Sorry I deviated a bit from my former topic.i will continue tomorrow.

LAW OF DOMINION

      There are certain laws that tend to govern this world that we live in. For example, Law of gravity, Law of Motion, Law of the Spirit of Life, Law of Sin e.t.c. But today i will be giving out the Law of Dominion gotten from God's Word. Genesis 1:27-28 gives us this basic Principles that govern the Law of Dominion.

      Every Law has certain forces that put it in motion, for example Law of Motion requires force e.t.c. I will be focusing on the forces that makes the Law of Dominion active in our lives. These are the practical steps to follow.

# Prosper (Personal Development)

# Reproduce (Mentorship)

# Fill the Earth (Expansion)

# Take Charge (Dominate)

       Remain cool..

Let me chip this in.. THE STRENGTH OF SIN IS THE LAW while THE STRENGTH OF GRACE IS RIGHTEOUSNESS.. ONCE YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS, YOU ARE A CANDIDATE OF GRACE.

          

WHO IS A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN?

                                           
                Just want to share some few thoughts with you. A born again is one who is after the cross..one who has decided to leave the nature of the world @ the cross and ready to take Jesus's new kind of nature.. A NATURE WHOSE EXISTENCE IS A PRODUCT OF THE CROSS..

My Love

                                      TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE

                          Lord, you have been a treasured possession to me. I have never seen anyone who can love me unconditionally like you. If I begin to count all the blessings you have lavished upon me, there is no end to it because even as I am counting you are still blessing me. Even when I saw no significance in giving you glory, you still loved me Lord.

                          I would still ask this question my dearest daddy. What did I ever do to deserve the live of your only begotten son? Who has made me have complete access to you as your son. Times even come when I feel I am selfish to you. You did not withhold anything from me for my salvation, but sometimes I feel I have not done well on my own part.

                          You are indeed a God of a difference; you are indeed greater than anything ever created. Your miracle working ability, Lord. Your awesome presence, your unfathomable love which surpasses all understanding. Lord I do not care if I feel you close to me or not, one thing I know is that you care so much about me and I love you too Dad. I have to stop typing now dad, let me communicate with you now in prayers. Till tomorrow when I go ahead with my typing. Love you DAD.

LOVE

        Love is a term of utmost importance; it is one of the basic necessities of mankind. Even when God created the earth, terms such as “…and God saw that it was good.” Showing a sense of him loving it. Even when the earth was without void, HE SOUGHT A WAY TO MAKE IT PLEASANT IN HIS EYES. He never thought negative about the condition but saw a solution to it.

       Love has various definitions but one still stands out which is, Love is seeing the best in others even when people do not see it or even when the individual himself or herself doesn’t.

       The bible makes it plain to us an example of love in john 3:16, “ For God so LOVED the world  THAT HE GAVE his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

        From this verse there are some basic attributes of love which are stated below:

1.  Love gives not with the idea of expecting something back.

2. Love is a sacrifice in such a way that even when it hurts; you still have to give it out.

3.  Love lets go important possessions for the sake of others.

    4. Love looks forward to the positive life of others.
